SHIPPING POLICY
We will ship out your items in 1-7 business days from our studio in Hong Kong. We welcome international orders and ship worldwide. After payment has been successfully processed and the items you have ordered are confirmed we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number and the courier used.
Shipping Fee

Tracking Your Order
For the most up-to-date information on the status of your order please use the courier's online tracking platform first before contacting us. Import Taxes & Duties
Please be advised that import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the regarding destination. Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by APHRODITE ARTS & CULTURE LIMITED.
For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office. In some occasions packages may be delayed due to custom clearance.
Customs & Regulations
Customers should check local postal regulations for restricted items, as APHRODITE ARTS & CULTURE LIMITED cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the regarding country.
Weather Condition
Delivery service (if applicable) may be delayed in the event of bad weather, traffic and/ or uncontrollable conditions. Delivery service will be suspended during red or black rainstorm warning, or the hoisting of typhoon signal no. 8 or above, and delivery appointment will be re-arranged. If customer using SF Express Delivery service, please be noted that we do not have liability and warranty on the delivery, please visit and refer to S.F. Express website for Terms & Conditions.
In case of any dispute, APHRODITE ARTS & CULTURE LIMITED reserves the right of final decision.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
As our precious customer, we want you to know that we care and we vow to ensure you have a great retail experience with us. If you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, please contact us straight away after your receive the item(s). Our Customer Service Team will try to resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (except discounted goods) . We can issue a one-time product exchange if the item is returned to us within 14 days after purchasing. The item must be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging, tag/ label attached & receipt enclosed. Discounted/Sale item(s) are not eligible for return/exchange. Refund policy is not available.
You should inform us via email with photos and descriptions of the fault. Once you have done so, we will advise as to how to return the product. Once the item is received and assessed, you will be offered a replacement item (except discounted goods). Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and/or exchange refused.
Shipping costs and other miscellaneous fees are non-refundable and return shipping fees are customers responsibility. We highly recommend using a registered and traceable service when returning the package to us, as we will not be held responsible for items lost in the post on return to us. All returns must be approved by us. Please contact us before shipping your return.
Upon dispute, APHRODITE ARTS & CULTURE LIMITED reserves the right to make the final decision on all return cases.
